Junior QA Officer

Bdairy is an international dairy trading company. We buy and sell dairy products worldwide and operate in a fast-moving environment where reliability, compliance, and intelligence are key.

As a Junior QA Officer, you support the quality processes supporting our trading activities. You work closely with operations and ensure that supplier agreements, customer requirements, and quality standards are correctly applied in daily practice.

You also keep procedures practical and up to date, support colleagues in applying quality standards correctly, and provide internal guidance on quality topics. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintain and update quality documentation

• Register and follow up on complaints

• Coordinate product samples and external laboratory analyses

• Support BRC compliance and audit preparation

• Assist with supplier registrations and customer quality documentation

• Monitor open actions and ensure timely follow-up

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Respond to supplier, customer, and internal queries

The qualities we seek
You are structured, precise, and eager to learn. You take ownership of your tasks and understand that quality in a trading environment requires accuracy, communication, and strong follow-up.

You enjoy working with different departments and are comfortable handling procedures in a clear and practical way.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Safety, Food & Business, or similar

• Affinity with quality within the food industry

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent command of English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Full-time availability
