QA Manager

Shape quality within a growing international dairy trading company.

Bdairy is active in global dairy markets, and we're looking for a QA Manager who keeps our quality framework solid and well-organised, but who does that from a broader commercial scope. You think along with the business from a quality perspective, and that's exactly what makes this role different.

About the role

You own the quality framework and everything that comes with it. At the same time, you're actively involved in the business, thinking along on possible supplier approvals, identifying risks in deals, and weighing in where quality and commercial decisions intersect. You don't just manage quality; you apply it where it matters for Bdairy. In practice, this means:

• Maintaining and further developing the quality strategy and systems

• Taking end responsibility for our BRC certification and guiding audits

• Thinking along on supplier approvals, not just from a quality checklist perspective, but with an eye on what it means commercially

• Identifying risks early and translating them into clear advice for traders and operations

• Handling claims and quality issues with speed and structure, and making sure the right follow-up happens

• Acting as the central quality contact for our team, customers, suppliers, and certification bodies

• Keeping quality documentation and procedures clear and up to date

• Guiding the QA team in daily work and sharing knowledge on dairy and quality across the organisation

What you bring

You have a solid base in food safety and quality, that's the foundation. But just as important is that you've worked in different environments and picked up a broader skillset along the way. You know how a business thinks, and you can apply your quality knowledge in that context.

• Strong experience with food safety and quality certifications such as BRC (or similar)

• Experience with audits and certification processes

• Able to work independently and take initiative

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Good at building and maintaining relations

• Hands-on, structured, and pragmatic
